  Employee in drive thru taking orders was extremely rude and got our order wrong. The way the food was served was not to Bojangles standards from what I understand (only my 2nd time at Bojangles in the south I’m from Ohio) food was cold and nasty and has completely ruined Bojangles for me outside West Virginia or Ohio.

  This one of the best Bojangles! The staff are courteous and efficient. The menu includes tea with the dinners increasing the value of your money.

  Tonight was the kindest and best experience of customer service we have had at this location. We hadnt been by in a while bc there was construction a few months ago. B4 the construction, we went thru the drive thru and there was a young man who was very respectful. Then after construction was complete we waited a while but decided to go about 2 weeks ago, my daughter's and I, we went thru the drive thru and the women working and serving us wldnt speak to us. Didn't repeat our total, didnt say you're welcome when we gave thanks and one young lady with long blondish braids actually stomped her foot in frustration when handing us our drinks: I guess I wasnt moving fast enough but she didnt put them in a drink tray. I felt very uncomfortable, especially bc my daughters saw this behavior. Anyway, moving on to tonight; the woman on the speaker taking our order was very positive, thorough and respectful. The gentleman handing us our food and drinks was super respectful and kind as well. We were told thank u for coming and to please come back. Such a HUGE change to a few weeks ago. I for one, REALLY appreciate the positive difference!!

  I've never been to a bojangles that refuses to season their fries. They literally put ZERO seasoning on the fries as pictured. After asking for the fries to be seasoned & to provide me with extra seasoning they gave me a pinch of seasoning enough for maybe 2 fries. It's very strange.
