  I had not eaten at a bojangles in a long time as I was out of town and enjoyed my chicken and dirty rice!!

  Shame to order a chicken club meal and receive a dry chicken biscuit. Attention to detail is one of the most simple service concepts. I’m convinced the Bojangles locations here in my market will never “get it right.” You need to absolutely check your order before driving off because disappointment is sure to follow.

  I walked in with the radical, outrageous idea of ordering food. Apparently this was my first mistake. From the moment I stepped up to the register, the cashier, Lashonda, reacted as if my mere existence had personally offended her ancestors. I hadn’t said anything rude. I hadn’t complained. I hadn’t done anything except stand there like a normal human being trying to order lunch. Yet somehow this was enough to trigger a level of hostility usually reserved for sworn enemies in medieval battles. At one point I simply didn’t hear what she said the first time. You know… a normal thing that happens in a busy restaurant with noise and people talking. A normal cashier might repeat themselves. Lashonda instead chose to immediately raise her voice and yell across the counter like she was calling commands to troops across a battlefield. It genuinely felt like I had interrupted a very important mission by daring to show up and order food at a place whose entire purpose is selling food. I’m still trying to figure out what part of the interaction warranted that level of aggression. Did I break some sacred rule of the establishment by breathing near the register? Is there a sign somewhere that says customers must possess perfect hearing and telepathic ordering abilities? The whole experience was bizarre. I’ve had friendlier interactions with automated kiosks and DMV waiting rooms. If customer service here means being treated like an inconvenience for existing, management might want to reconsider who they put at the front counter greeting customers.

  I ordered breakfast on occasions from this location and I wish the biscuits were made fresh daily. The biscuits are hard and taste like it's over a day old. The prices have increase too. I'm not interested in going back. Sheetz value breakfast taste fresher than this site.

  I love this Bojangos! The fries are delicious and well flavored! Absolutely 100%!
