  My grandma went this subway because she wanted one of their meals and she told me a man in there yelled at her because she grabbed a bag of chips and didn't know it didn't come with the meal and he was extremely rude about it and didn't even say sorry when she told him she didn't like he yelled at her. Who yells at an elderly woman over a tiny bag of chips? I don't know his name but this was around 4 something today. It's not even just the yelling that bothers me she told me he said "give me that" while yelling at her like?? Just say hey that doesn't come with the meal?? My grandma is 83 obviously she wasn't trying to steal a tiny bag of chips.

  Went in this morning 09/8/25 to get my regular chicken wrap. Older lady was there behind counter to make my sandwich, i helped her out because she didn't know what it was or how it was made. She finally completed the wrap. She went to ring up order and it took 15 minutes for her to complete sale. I realized she over charged me 3 dollars for a 10.99 wrap, which shown on the menu board. I showed her and pointed to menu board, it was 10.99 not 13.99. I was told she couldn't find wrap in computer, so she charged me whatever she wanted. I will never shop at this subway ever again.

  Staff was wonderful and proportions were very fairly given on the sandwiches. Tipped the woman for making mine. It looked and tasted amazing. When you order food like this it's best to do it in person and not online. The freshness and quality is better. Seems to be ran by a small family and I will say they make it work. Definitely recommend this location but go in an order. Not online. And tip!!!!
