Older lady was there behind counter to make my sandwich, i helped her out because she didn't know what it was or how it was made. She finally completed the wrap. She went to ring up order and it took 15 minutes for her to complete sale. I realized she over charged me 3 dollars for a 10.99 wrap, which shown on the menu board. I showed her and pointed to menu board, it was 10.99 not 13.99. I was told she couldn't find wrap in computer, so she charged me whatever she wanted. I will never shop at this subway ever again.

- NANigel AmersonJun 26, 20251.0I come here all the time for my lunch and whoever the new Latina is that was there at 12:30 was very rude. I will not be returning as this is a close location to my job so I found it convenient. Just because someone is a different color than you doesn’t mean I can’t understand you in Spanish. I came in and stood at the counter waiting to be service and no kind of greeting so I found that weird because it’s usually not like that in here. I said I wanted a wrap and she asked me footlong or six inch. I said a wrap, as a former manager of Subway, wraps come only as a footlong. If I wanted a six inch I would have asked specifically for FLAT BREAD. She literally argues with the other employees because I told her again a wrap, then she proceeds to make a smart remark in Spanish so I told her I don’t want it and left. I always leave a nice tip when I come in and the employees are usually very kind but I will not spend my hard earned money here anymore because of the disrespect. One less customer to have to worry about because of a nasty attitude.
