Food was marginal, hard crusty cheese on both my Big Mac and my wife's 1/4 pounder which was so dry she had to drown it with ketchup to swallow it. Cold, uninviting dining room, which was impeccably clean, really rounded out a disappointing trip. Ordered on a kiosk, but had to stand in line to pay? And the food was delivered to the table. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Mcdonalds does not care about you they will fire you for less, to be laughed at after she swiped my card and wanna say oh I forgot to say we don't have the grinch dill pickle salt?!?! What was funny about you swiping my card then telling me you lied about having everything for the grinch meal when i asked if you had EVERYTHING? I got my money back after I ordered 5 big Mac grinch meals, $12 for this meal to not have everything they basically charge you $12 for a big Mac meal when they are $8.09 on the menu but they throw a pair of socks in they got from China for free if im paying for the grinch meal I WANT THE WHOLE SHABANG the whole experience smh.
