"The Manager" I explain to her what happens and she repeats the same thing to which I tell her that they didn't give me what I bought to which she along with her two other employees MADE FUN OF MY ENGLISH LANGUAGE! I apologize for my pronunciation and the other employee who speaks Spanish tells me after laughing that if I want the tote and I tell her that if then the manager begins to MAKE FUN OF AS I SAID TOTE. I ask her if she is the manager pointing to the manager and she tells me if she is the boss. What is my comment... easy to have empathy with people and customers and employees. That if you don't know how difficult it is to order and that the pronunciation is difficult, believe me that YOU AS MANAGER should not mock. I GO SHOPPING HERE EVERY DAY. I hope this misunderstanding doesn't happen to me again because believe me I wouldn't have to go inside the store and make fun of you if you had given me the order as it is!! I literally ask for biscuits with no additional liquid butter(?) after they come out oven. And wait only to still get this soggy biscuit. I give up. Customer service was excellent.
