  Went to get breakfast after returning home from an overnight flight. The drive thru was wrapped around the building. There was at least four people waiting to order and four more waiting on their food. The staff was busy filling the racks and bags. Sunday mornings are typically a bad time to be in a hurry.

  Absolute class this place is magnificent you can eat it anytime anywhere it’s just that good 🤩. And the fries are too tier it’s probably the best in the game in my opinion but my opinion is the best opinion so good with it.😉🥳🤩

  Don't EVER. Ever ever Ever...order online with Bojangles. I waited physically in line for an order I made about 40 min prior...that's it

  Today, this morning, I I ordered a cheddar-bo combo with bo-tote, they don't give me the order as it is. I'm down to verify that my order with tote not with fries! "The Manager" I explain to her what happens and she repeats the same thing to which I tell her that they didn't give me what I bought to which she along with her two other employees MADE FUN OF MY ENGLISH LANGUAGE! I apologize for my pronunciation and the other employee who speaks Spanish tells me after laughing that if I want the tote and I tell her that if then the manager begins to MAKE FUN OF AS I SAID TOTE. I ask her if she is the manager pointing to the manager and she tells me if she is the boss. What is my comment... easy to have empathy with people and customers and employees. That if you don't know how difficult it is to order and that the pronunciation is difficult, believe me that YOU AS MANAGER should not mock. I GO SHOPPING HERE EVERY DAY. I hope this misunderstanding doesn't happen to me again because believe me I wouldn't have to go inside the store and make fun of you if you had given me the order as it is!! Bojangle porfavor entrenar a sus Manager a tener respeto y empatia no solo con sus empleados tambien con sus Clientes y no burlandoce. Creeme q si hubiera estrellas- las daria para ciertos empleados!
