  First time eating here. They're way to busy for their own good. The little girl at the counter is very rude and argumentive - obviously over worked. The manager was running around his cell phone with the cashier having to chase him to get answers.

  I think my mistake was sitting in the drive through for 20 mins instead of going inside. By the time my car made it to the window, I think my order has been sitting there for 10 mins and the chili dogs were warm at best and very unappetizing. So I think my complaint is mostly directed at myself for being too lazy to get out of the car, but DQ needs to share some and work on better order management.

  I don’t think anyone in this restaurant knows what they are doing, very rude and apparently you have to pay for ranch but they don’t mind putting 5 hand fulls of ketchup in the bag. Definitely don’t go here if you are in a rush Because “fast food” means nothing here

  Was terrible, took them 5 minutes to comprehend a basic plain cheeseburger order. Then after correcting them twice they still did not give me the correct order. Food took forever for a simple 2 for 5. And the fries were ice cold. Whoever is working there needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and they’ve gotten my order wrong every time. If I was you I’d just eat rocks off the side of 77 because you’d have a more enjoyable time swallowing those then this ice cold fries and a burger that looks like got mushed in a pile of ketchup (even after asking for it to be plain multiple times.
