  What on EARTH is that smell? I've stopped by the Tropical Smoothie Cafe a few times in the past two months to see if the problem has been solved, and I've walked out each time. The smell inside those doors is wretched and despicable, it smells like a freezer of rotting fish combined with an oven full of fermented fruit, and a touch of ammonia. The smell is unmistakably and uniquely disgraceful to the human senses. That fact that such a smell exists inside of a food serving establishment is a living-breathing-dancing mockery of public safety. I say shame on every individual who played a role in the decision making process that led to such a miasma existing inside of a food serving establishment. Over my dead body will I "enjoy a nice smoothie" at this location anytime in the next decade. Shame on you. I am sick.

  Came to this restaurant to pickup a DoorDash order. I was standing there patiently, man comes to the counter and asks if he can help me. Told him I was there to pickup a DoorDash order. Man points to the pickup area yelling that when it’s ready, it will be here. It’s not ready! Keep treating people this way and see how well your business does. I walked out and will never pickup from this location again. Talk to me like that outside your restaurant and see what happens.
