I had read a lot of negative reviews and was hesitant, but my daughter really wanted to eat here and I’m glad I listened to her. The staff was fantastic. Funny, engaging, and genuinely happy to be there. You could feel the positive energy right away, and our food came out quickly. I had the Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack and it was delicious. My daughter got the Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a bread bowl and loved it. Everything was fresh, hot, and well made. Given the recent reviews, I don’t know if this location has new management or ownership, but whatever they’re doing now is working. Great service, great food, and a really pleasant experience overall.
