  I really wanted to love this location but it’s just not meant to be. We don’t eat out often and we’ve had two orders on two separate occasions not correct. First occasion in October, the kids working were nice, but seemed like they could use adult guidance. I was told the Gargantuan was part of a secret menu, then paid to add bacon to it which wasn’t added. Details of the other sandwiches were missed also in that order. My better half wanted to come back tonight for take out. I chose the Ultimate Italian NO MAYO, which of course had Mayo on it when it got to my house. Thank goodness it’s just a major aversion and not an allergy. He mentioned the manager this evening should not be managing, but that the young lady was doing a great job, despite ignoring the no mayo instruction. Apparently this is a new family business for the owners, but unless something major changes, we won’t be back. We could almost order a full meal elsewhere for the menu price of these sandwiches.

  Awful service. Placed a curbside and they never brought it out…on a SLOW day. I was the only one there and they still didn’t bother. I ordered a second time, thinking I was in the wrong and had maybe never placed it, but again, they never came. When I finally went inside and asked, I was dismissed. When I politely and lightheartedly asked about a refund for the second sandwich, the girl told me “I’m not that smart.” and shrugged with a frown. Used to be my favorite restaurant — cannot convince myself to go back and support this place again. Sorry to be a Karen but geeze.

  If I could put zero stars i would.. the manager was so rude to the poor kids working there and was yelling at them so loudly you could look around and see how uncomfortable everyone in the restaurant was. There is no need for that. Manager needs to be fired and the food sucks. Go to jersey mikes down the road.

  There is a way to speak to people and listening to how this manager (dark haired middle aged woman working Sunday at noon) spoke to these young employees is NOT it! Talking loudly about how this young man needs to learn how to communicate and prep food. Absolutely unacceptable the way she berated him with a FULL restaurant no less. You can mentor, teach and shape people with your words. Use them wisely. People like this is why those struggling make decisions to leave this earth! I was close to tears. Please fire her!
