  I am convinced that if I order online or use a coupon at Jimmy John’s I will get the bare minimum. Who are yall feeding? A kid? I’m sick of Jimmy John’s… like one slice of meat are you serious? On a sub at that! Just don’t offer your customer coupons at this point! A different location did the same thing when they offered a free sandwich! So this is a corporate thing! STOP OFFERING MONEY OFF OR FREE SANDWICHES IF ITS NOT GOONG TO BE WHAT WE WOULD NORMALLY GET WHEN WERE ORDERING IN STORE AND PAYING FULL PROCE!!! Smh! Yall are on punishment until I can unbig my back bc again who are you feeding???!!!! I’m just going to start eating at Jersey Mikes.

  I really wanted to love this location but it’s just not meant to be. We don’t eat out often and we’ve had two orders on two separate occasions not correct. First occasion in October, the kids working were nice, but seemed like they could use adult guidance. I was told the Gargantuan was part of a secret menu, then paid to add bacon to it which wasn’t added. Details of the other sandwiches were missed also in that order. My better half wanted to come back tonight for take out. I chose the Ultimate Italian NO MAYO, which of course had Mayo on it when it got to my house. Thank goodness it’s just a major aversion and not an allergy. He mentioned the manager this evening should not be managing, but that the young lady was doing a great job, despite ignoring the no mayo instruction. Apparently this is a new family business for the owners, but unless something major changes, we won’t be back. We could almost order a full meal elsewhere for the menu price of these sandwiches.

  Awful service. Placed a curbside and they never brought it out…on a SLOW day. I was the only one there and they still didn’t bother. I ordered a second time, thinking I was in the wrong and had maybe never placed it, but again, they never came. When I finally went inside and asked, I was dismissed. When I politely and lightheartedly asked about a refund for the second sandwich, the girl told me “I’m not that smart.” and shrugged with a frown. Used to be my favorite restaurant — cannot convince myself to go back and support this place again. Sorry to be a Karen but geeze.
