Never get a good salutation, or an appreciation for my business. There's no reason why I should have to wait 15 minutes to obtain two Donuts, especially when you have four to five people working a donut shop. If I own this franchise I would be embarrassed and fire everybody in that shop immediately, for their inability to be pleasant or even look tidy .

I sit outside with the dog and they bring my order out to me . I asked them if no one is at drive up can I just get it from the window and they said it's ok. Very friendly and helpful!!! My question is for higher ups! Why have outside seating and no waste cans. I was told someone order them to remove them????? Your asking for waste to be all over you property. So as I was taught I walked to rear of building and put my waste in dumpster. Thanks Chuck
