The delivery driver left my order directly in front of my screen door, making it almost impossible to open the door to retrieve it. This is not the first time I’ve had issues. I specifically requested that the door not be knocked on, and my instructions were ignored again. I have been a loyal customer, spending a minimum of $40 per order, sometimes twice a week. Unfortunately, this experience was unacceptable. The pizza was dry, had very few toppings, and the manager was rude and unhelpful. Because of the repeated disregard for delivery instructions and the poor quality of both the food and customer service, this will be my last order.
