- TMTaylor MathenyJan 2, 20261.0This is probably the worst fast food restaurant in Denver. I use DoorDash often and I always order ranch for my fries. I have literally never received ranch. Even when I use drive thru, I always have to go back inside for ranch. Maybe don't charge extra for it if you refuse to include it in the order. One time I went to pick up my mobile order right before 8pm and the employee very rudely informed me that I can't be inside because they were closed. He said they "decided to close up early." I was told he couldn't refund me and that he couldn't provide me with a phone number or email address to try to get my refund. The employees aren't friendly at all. The lobby is always gross, trash everywhere and every table is always dirty. Tonight's doordash order was missing ranch, had hard cold fries, and the egg on my biscuit was OFF. The color and texture were not how I've ever seen it and it tasted like chemicals. I love Bojangles but I'm about to write it off as an option because this place is really, really crappy.

- JHJeremy HDec 4, 20251.0I went thru the drive thru and one of the order screens were missing so I asked if they could switch the monitor ( it being a digital screen and all) so I could pick what I wanted to order. The person on the speaker (I guess not realizing the microphone was still on) decided to call someone over and start making fun of the request I made. It was a valid question and seeing that it’s your order board that’s messed up, making fun of a customer is rude and not very professional. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything.
