  I always enjoy coming to this location! The staff are so friendly and willing to help me make a good choice for my drink when I am being indecisive! Rory specifically is amazing. She has helped me twice through the drive thru and seems to always strive to create a personal touch with me each time we speak! Thank you, Rory for always being so kind and fun to speak to. And for the rest of the staff - you guys are amazing as well. I will definitely be back!

  I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews cause i know that most of the time it’s just a bad day but I went over to this location on 2/17 and it’s a half hour away and there was a girl who handed my coffees to me she was blonde and had very thick lashes on and she was extremely rude, when my drinks were brought out to me and handed to me I had said that one of them was the wrong size and then apologized for the inconvenience and even offered to pay for a new one in case i had misspoke when i ordered but she just walked away and rolled her eyes and when she came back out she said “can i have the old one back” and put her hand out and was so extremely rude when it was said and I asked to make sure it was and energy and not a fizz and she just walked away and when she came back i apologized again because i felt bad but she was not kind at all i don’t expect a big smile on anyone’s face but to just be disrespectful isn’t ok either. I love the coffees but that was by far the worst experience i have ever had at that place. Normally it’s such a good experience.

  Emily is the absolute BEST!!! I can always trust her to pick the best drinks for me. I’ve NEVER gotten a bad drink from her. She’s so sweet & always has such a welcoming personality. Every time I see her I’m greeted with the biggest smile and it makes me feel valued & taken care of!! I’ll always come 2-3 times a day because of her. 😊♥️ The best Brewista ever!! Such a great team! Thank you for bringing 7 Brew to Denver. ☕️☕️

  I came for a coffee and somehow left with a full-blown personality upgrade. The drinks are dangerously good — like “oops, I accidentally finished it before leaving the parking lot” good. The staff is so friendly it feels suspicious, like they’re all secretly competing for Employee of the Century. Ordering here is basically speed dating with caffeine: fast, exciting, and you immediately want to come back again tomorrow. If you’re looking for bad vibes or mediocre coffee, this is absolutely not the place. 10/10 would let them financially ruin me one drink at a time.

  We LOVE 7brew - we are very loyal customers to the ones near our house (East TN) and absolutely RAVE about them. We are visiting family and brought them by this new 7brew and it was horrendous. No one was out taking orders in the line, so there was a horrible wait. From reading the other reviews, lots of folks are complaining about unreal wait times and there is no actual resolution - folks are just told to email. The girl who took our order was so so rude and got our drinks wrong, even after we confirmed them. She said not one word to us and acted offended when we didn’t leave a tip (good service = good tip) I even told her my drink was wrong when she handed it to me and she did nothing - just looked at me and then turned around and started talking to a colleague. 😵‍💫 We ordered a smoothie and the employees were asking around to see who knew how to make it. Tons of staff, but not much happening. Everyone was annoyed by the wait and service. This 7brew is a poor example and needs some serious work before they have no repeat customers. I cannot believe how bad this stand is. Follow up re: response - I have already reached out to info@7brew, since that is what every response has been. Corporate said they would follow up and added a free drink to my account, but honestly I just hope that this stand improves. As for right now, Caribou or Scooters or any of the local small businesses will be our coffee stop until this stand gets it together. Still disappointed.
