- BBbubbleMar 23, 20261.0Yikes. After reading the reviews I see it has not been unique to me of having a bad experience here. Rude employees, bad service, messed up orders etc. I don't think I will ever go back here. Seriously, there's a ton of coffee places with good service. Why would I support a business that cannot even bother to hire decent employees who appreciate their customers?

- BDBrittney DelappDec 14, 20251.0Never in my life have I been so rushed to place an order in a drive thru with NO LINE behind us. On a timer or not, customer service should be #1 which is the point of the timer!! 30 seconds went by reading and the guy asked we are ready, we said no and agreed we’d let him know when we were. 20 seconds went by again and he asked again. 3rd time he asked, a lady came on intercom and told us she’d take the order at the window. She explained rudely how they were on the timer and the guy had a RBF and was very impolite, clearly hating his job. I asked if he liked this one new drink they had and he said he didn’t drink coffee… he walked away cause I giggled and the next guy was very nice and took our order no problem. Only 1/3 of the people we talked to were professional and had good customer service. They should consider people with anxiety and struggle with indecisiveness before completely rushing people looking over the menu. FYI we were looking at the menu for less than 2 minutes. Also vanilla latte had too much syrup. Will not be returning.
