  Typically love 7brew but had an unfortunate experience tonight. Me and my friend go and each order 2 coffees, for tonight and tomorrow. My friend is a self-proclaimed coffee taste hater and gets her drinks really sweet. We order and an employee comes out the back with a pitcher with syrup saying "this is how much syrup is in your drink" while laughing. my friend replies that she knows, and has gotten it before. She continues to say she'll have to watch her try it while laughing with 2 other employees that were now kind of gathered to laugh at my friends order. at the handoff, there was an extremely sweet shift manager who apologized for the girl's behavior after she returned a second time to laugh at my friend and ask to watch her drink it. overall, very thankful for the shift manager immediately clocking it but I don't think any company should have teenage mean girls ganging up on customers over their drinks. its nothing but pure disrespect.

  i’ve never experienced service so bad .they got all of our drinks wrong from the sizes to just the flavors in the drinks.they repeated it back to us twice and then when we got handed our drinks they were all wrong . not to mention we spent $40 for it to be messed up the one in albemarle is way better

  I am actually a little upset about this. I go to 7 Brew at least 2-3 times a week. Today my friend went through it, paid for our 2 coffees and proceeded to pull up to get our order. The woman could not find it, then asked if we had paid, of course we did, but still couldn't find ours. A younger man then comes out, and asks to see our bank statement!! I am sorry, but we should never have to do that. He then proceeds to tell us that "he trusts us" and we have to pull around again, we refuse and park until he brings us our drink. He then gives us 2 coffees, no straws, doesn't tell which order is which cup and it turns out they were both wrong! Not happy about this one.

  I had never been here before but went Saturday (the day before this review) for my first time ever. Hubby was driving so it wasnt my choice and I had never heard of the place before then. We pull up and there is nosignage visible for a full menu to be seen. The girl who took our order acted like she zero desire to be there and couldnt care less about doing her job. Her "customer service " was so entirely awful that its enough to make me consider never returning. My hubby asked about energy drinks and needed help remembering a certain flavor. When he asked what they were her response was "I dont know. Theres a lot." When I tell her I have no idea what all they offer, she makes no attempt to even tell me about the menu in any way! She just stares at me like she has better things to do than her job. I got a small pina colada smoothie which didnt suck but surely wasnt anything exciting either. I can get something better from Pelicans and spend a lot less doing it. Overall, the employees wear nothing that denotes them as employees and the 3 girls working all looked like they rolled out of bed and walked to work. Pathetic! They clearly tried to copycat CFA's drive through- which i mean no shade CFA has that down pat. In this attempt though, I watched our drinks be brought to this useless little stand where the girl inside does nothing but take our beverages from her co worker and hand them to us. Thats it. It was a total waste. I give 2 stars cause the smoothie wasnt complete trash. Atmosphere gets zero stars cause I was outside and service gets zero stars because giving negative stars isnt an option but if it was -10. Save your money and time until they hire people who aren't lazy and get some sort of non-wrinkled non-crumpled, matching clothing items, uniform in place. Then, proceed with caution and low hopes.
