- RPRob PearsonApr 2, 20261.0Started off with the automated order taking system at the drive through taking a odd order from I assume it hearing my radio. Ordered two sausage biscuits, but when I pick up my order...even though the girl at the register loaded two sausage biscuits in my bag, she charged me for two steak biscuits and a side egg. Which almost doubled the cost of my order. When I went inside to rectify the discrepancy the manager acted as if I had done something wrong and made sure it was fixed in as complicated of a manner as possible by scanning my card at the register up front and then ordering the employee to take my card back to the drive through area to process my order again while having a attitude towards me as if I had done something wrong. Clearly I ordered two sausage, the employee noted that and processed it correctly, and somehow charged for something completely different....and that was my fault or somehow a scam a customer is able to pull? ....and the buy one sausage biscuits and get one free...that must be some other deal since my second was definitely not free. Lol, they charge two and a half times more for a simple biscuit now so I doubt they are giving any away if they can avoid it.

After a while, she came around asking if we want refills or if she can take our trash. Overall, amazing for a fast food restaurant with a bad reputation.
