- ARA RouAug 21, 20255.0Bless these employees, they always have so much work to do and yet they do it well. I can tell that they’re going as fast as they can without compromising quality, and they’re always kind to me when I’ve talked to them. My only wish is that someday the twice baked hash browns will stay stocked though lunchtime, but I understand that they are popular! Thanks to the WCU Bagel Bros team for being awesome!
- JHJ HOct 25, 20232.0On the upside,the people working there are nice. On the down side, they are slow. A few years ago, it was a decent operation, but they have new management and workers. In fact, they are the slowest fast food workers I have ever encountered anywhere. No matter the time of day or how many people are there, be it two or twelve, expect to wait at least 15 minutes. One morning, I waited 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and there was only two other people in the place. This means that no matter what you order, it's gonna be cold. Oh, and it will look nothing like the picture. Today I ordered an egg, cheese, bacon bagel and nothing about it was still hot. The cheese wasn't even melted. It was just room temperature and oily like cheese gets when it's been left out. What I'm saying is that someone needs to come in and manage this place to be what it used to be, which was functional and faster than it is now. Folks on campus are limited to what is available to them, so make what is available worthwhile.
