    Touchscreen did not work for ordering, service was slow and no napkins were given. Wife said the chicken tenders were terrible and gave me grief all evening for taking her to Sonic instead of Arby's.

    My order was missing both marinara sauces for my cheese sticks. When I called the location in Creedmoor to bring the discrepancy to attention, the person who answered the phone was rude, cut me off, and then hung up on me. I hope management will look into this issue and resolve it before this location gets closed down like so many others have. One positive... they followed the direction of "no ice" and the DrPepper was good.

    I never leave reviews. Ever. But we have come here several times in the past few months and their card machine is always down, they ask you to order from the app which does not work, and their “blast machine” is always down.
