  I ordered a turkey tom with some customizations for delivery. When I received it I noticed the turkey had accidentally been left off of the sandwich. I called the store and I knew it was close to closing so I wasn’t sure if I could have the sandwich made or maybe just get my money back. I explained what I had received and no questions asked they remade the sandwich and delivered it again. Great customer service and I enjoyed my sandwich!

  Delicious sub, but what really impressed me was the staff! So friendly, with over the top customer service!

  This is a very good place if you’re looking for something quick. They are so unbelievably fast as they advertise that they are. One of the things I really like is that they pull out some of the bread in the middle to allow for meat and toppings. It is just a really good sandwich. It’s a mixture of how awesome the fresh made bread is and just how they got their business system together and get you in and out quickly. I haven’t had one bad experience here and eat here several times a month, usually when I’m very tight for time and need to get something to eat, this is my go to place at the lake.

  Stopped in to pick up a quick sub during lunch hour. Man who took my order seemed irritated that I wanted to add a few common ingredients to my #3 Tuna sub, including salt & pepper! He looked at me like I asked the most oddball request when I asked for salt & pepper and then offered me "some packets" (which they didn't even give me after all!). I get back to work & the 16-inch Giant sub wasn't even cut in half! Even the grocery store and convenience store sub shops have salt & pepper to sprinkle on the subs, & I have never received a sub over 6"-8" not cut in half or quarters. Am I expecting too much here?!?!? I don't care how fast you are if you can't make a sub to order and don't provide good customer service!
