- NJNaomi Johnson4 days ago1.0Ordered and used their delivery option. The food was almost an hour late and the food was soggy. The fries were cold and just gross. Reached out to get a refund due to the quality of the food and the timing of the delivery or should I say untimeliness of the delivery. Was told by the manager there that I would be getting a refund in 48 hours, but then when I called them back cause I didn’t receive my refund was told that it was denied because it was within an hour when I would say that 52 minutes and soggy gross food would equate to a refund.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
