- ESEllen SolbakkenDec 7, 20252.0I went in about an hour before closing and ordered a hot decaf coffee and some munchkins. I was told that they had no coffee. (What?!?! It’s a coffee and donut shop!). After asking for a refund of what I had paid at the ordering kiosk, I was offered a latte instead, which I turned down because I wanted a hot coffee When I mentioned I would take regular coffee if they didn’t have decaf, a server told me that they had decaf. I told her that was my order and that was what I wanted so she proceeded to bring me a decaf. She also gathered my munchkins and even put in a few extra, which I appreciated. When I took a sip of the decaf coffee, it was cold. Cold. Not even lukewarm . Cold. I asked if there was a way for them to heat it, maybe stick it in a microwave or something, but was told there was no way to do that. All in all it was a very disappointing trip, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin - and I’ve frequented lots of Dunkins over the years. I want to be clear that the server was polite and treated me respectfully, but the store was unable to provide its basic menu drink item, a hot cup of coffee. Ridiculous!

Even though this location doesn’t have a drive-thru—which can be a little inconvenient—the service here truly makes the walk worth it. Every time I visit, the employees are full of joy, energy, and genuine smiles. From my experience, they consistently go above and beyond to make sure their customers leaves happy. There are several Dunkin’ locations closer to me, but I choose to drive the extra mile to this one simply because of their outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate the crew at this location and want the managers to know how wonderful their team is. Their kindness and positivity stand out every single day. Keep up the amazing work! 🎉☕️🍩
