Even though this location doesn’t have a drive-thru—which can be a little inconvenient—the service here truly makes the walk worth it. Every time I visit, the employees are full of joy, energy, and genuine smiles. From my experience, they consistently go above and beyond to make sure their customers leaves happy. There are several Dunkin’ locations closer to me, but I choose to drive the extra mile to this one simply because of their outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate the crew at this location and want the managers to know how wonderful their team is. Their kindness and positivity stand out every single day. Keep up the amazing work! 🎉☕️🍩

The staff really needs to work on their customer service skills. I came in specifically for a Cookie Dough Dunkalatte and was told they only had Brown Sugar and that they don’t sell anything cookie dough-related. Meanwhile, right behind them, their sign clearly advertised both a Cookie Dough frozen beverage and a Cookie Dough coffee. When I pointed this out, it wasn’t addressed—and the tone I got from Erik (at least that’s the name on my receipt) felt passive-aggressive the entire time. The one bright spot was the person who handed me my food—they were polite and pleasant. It’s a shame, because the visit started off with potential, but the experience didn’t live up to it.
