    Accidentally got charged more than I was supposed to during a drive-through visit one day. I came into the store and let them know about a week later, and Sherry the manager was extremely helpful. She looked it up and even went out of her way to call me back and resolved the matter. I was really impressed with that level of customer service for a drive-through fast food restaurant. thanks Sherry!

    The Arby's was empty besides me, off day. I received prompt service. The staff had no food ready since they were slow, they apologized for the wait, but the food I orderd was prepared quickly and it was very good and fresh. I plan to return.
