  Very disappointed with the service here. My drive-thru order was missing items, and the staff were dismissive-offering no apology for the error and completely ignoring my 'thank you.' I only stopped by to use a gift card, but I won't be back.

  Went too Wendy’s 2 days in a row and ordered the taco salad and the Cobb salad… Whoever is in charge of making these salads needs too be demoted too janitorial duties… This is literally sad..Never going back again…This is ridiculous

  My burger was dry and crispy and cold This is the third time we’ve went here and received bad food This used to be the best Wendy’s around Not anymore I’ll drive to taylorsville from now on

  worst service ever I waited 30 minutes for a small fry and a bacon cheese fry I have 5 years of work experience in fast food how do you take this long for fry’s I seen them drop 5 baskets of fry’s before giving me my order and I was the 2nd person in there and there were 3 cars at the drive through you need to find new employees or shut the store down until you can, absolutely terrible service and I will never come back to this location if I even ever eat at a Wendy’s again can’t imagine how long it would take if i got a meal instead of just fries not to mention i only got a dollop of cheese on my bacon cheese fries
