  Keeps closing at 8:30pm most days even though they have posted hours of closing at 9pm.

  Bad experience…young guy behind the counter when I got there was friendly and helpful and was already working on what looked to be maybe a mobile order so I waited patiently he stopped making the mobile order to take my order since it was very slow. I was the only customer in line and the mobile orders were not waiting to be picked up yet the bad part of this experience was when the older gentleman who was not behind the counter, came up to the front fussed at the young man for taking my order instead of finishing the mobile orders to which I apologize for and made it clear. I interrupted him and the older man then proceeded to tell me that he still should’ve finished those orders before he took mine to which again I apologized. The older gentleman was very obviously bothered by this. Maybe I interrupted his break or some busy work he was doing in the back nonetheless I’m the paying customer. The young man absolutely could’ve finished my order and then continued with the mobile order with no issues and I would’ve gladly waited on him to finish the mobile order because I was in no rush, what made the experience terrible was the nasty attitude of the older gentleman you’d think the older generation would know to be nicer to the customers big kudos to the younger guy for being respectful and kind during this interaction.

  I accidentally placed an order for two of the same subs instead of one online. I went into the restaurant before the sub was made and stopped the employees from making them both. (I was two stores down on the same shopping strip).They could not give me any information what so ever on how to get my money back for the other sub & shrugged their shoulders at me when I asked about a refund for the other sandwhich. This isn’t the first time that the employees at this location were unfriendly.

  Firstly the hours are wrong. Third time in 2 weeks, they have been closed before 7 when it says open until 9 on the doors. Food is mediocre at best. When they mess up and you tell them they just ignore you. Update: location reopened and is somehow worse than before
