The night shift employee "Luz", was by far, the best cashier I've had the pleasure to meet. Told her I'd leave a review so here it is! Such a nice, hospitable and exceeding and excelling in the customer service field!! Also the night shift cook Max is great with specifics is order customizations and expediting orders; made to order ( FRESH!! )

I go to this location regularly. I went through the drive thru, received my food and drove off. No issues. I was about a minute away when I discovered my fries were cold and stale. I took them back and asked for fresh fries. I was kind and nice when I let the drive thru employee know theu were stale. The manager on duty handed me new fries with such attitude..she and the drive thru employee looked at me in defense like how dare I state my fries are cold and how dare I ask for fresh fries..???!!! Do better!
