- KAKevin ArnettApr 17, 20231.0I have went to this subway quite often and never had a problem. However, today I went there and did a mobile order. I wrote in the comments (which is pictured on my receipt) that I'd like to have the footlong wrapped seperate. And stated to please just put the veggies on one half. When I get there the sub isn't wrapped separately, so I ask if the veggies are just on one side because that still would've been fine. Brooklyn was very nice and asked if I needed them to remake the sub. Which I replied that would be great due to the fact I would be eating the other half later at work and the veggies wouldn't be good by then. The problem I had was then, another girl named Zoe mad a comment aloud and in front of other customers "that's why you order 2 separate 6 inches". Also, Zoe was not wearing the required visor/hat nor was she wearing a name tag. I responded to Zoe and said I didn't need her smart comments and maybe she should learn to read the orders. I've never had a problem with her before this but she always seems to have an attitude and terrible customer service. I've also ran a subway myself under Vicki Joyner and this is very unexceptable. Regardless of what Zoe thought, all that needed to be done was correct the order as per requested on the mobile comment section and leave it at that. I will not be visiting this subway for a very long time as subways are around every corner and I don't pay for this kind of disrespectfulness.
