I did not alter or remove anything, bc it was one of my past orders I’ve ordered before & I never took anything off. I ordered an additional Big Mac. All my other orders are good, but. I’m very sad & upset when I checked my Big Macs I got for my family. Two of my big Mac’s came with no Patties. I called & they said only one burger should’ve had one Pattie removed. TWO BURGERS HAD NO PATTIE! I DIDNT EVEN CUSTOMIZE OR TAKE ANY PATTIES OFF! I was not going to fight over patties. I’m just upset, but it’s what it is. I know how hard the employees work. But I’m just in disbelief. Had to make my own patties quickly for the Big Macs
