  I come to this McDonald’s often and the Hispanic girl there in the drive through window (with the glasses) is ALWAYS in a bad mood and have an attitude. It never fails . I went today and paid for THREE drinks and when I told her she only gave me TWO she got smart and walked away. I don’t see how she is still working here when she’s constantly being talked about because of her attitude. DO BETTER . I will be calling corporate!

  The girls that worked there had bad attitude problems were very rude disrespectful and showed that they did not want to be there when we asked her a question she threw her head back a groaned as she was walking off. Then the manager in training was trying to be a smart aleck. All over the fact that there was no egg on the sandwich we ordered like just give us the damn egg so we can leave! They were holding our biscuit hostage acting like we hadn't paid for it when we did. We were there for like 45 minutes arguing over it until finally we yelled "is there a manager in here!!?" At that point the cops that were in there stood up and came to see if there was a problem and a real manager came and finally helped us. Then there were about 5 other people standing there trying to get their food complaining. They need to get it together! I used to work at McDonald's it's not that hard people

  So i ordered the burger the way I wanted my burger like I always do a double cheeseburger, no ketchup in my mustard, made like a big Mac and big Mac sauce and lettuce and it was wrong 3 times and there was only 10 cars in line and it's Sunday night and they wasn't busy 10 cars.Is not busy and they couldn't get it right?So a alondra came out. To my car while I was pulled up and said I owed more money and i'm like I ordered it that i'm not paid already and it wasn't correct and then I had to go inside to get my burger and she yelled at me and i'm sorry this is not right for customers. You're not busy you get the order wrong 3 times then you tell me, I owe more money after I already paid, and I'm sitting at the window, waiting on my food and you get it wrong 3 times it's ridiculous, something needs to go on. They only have a 3.7 rating. No wonder why but she needs to be reprimanded for her actions because she was very rude. To say at least

  Ordered breakfast on the app. Paid in full, did not receive my order because it was a couple minutes past 10:30am. Did not receive a refund and staff were not helpful. Do not get breakfast here through the app. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Still awaiting refund.
