  I saw a 3.8 star rating and I felt like I had to help out. I have been here on numerous occasions, and I have never had an issue at all, whether it be through the drive-through or the lobby or early in the morning, or in the middle of the night, the staff has always pulled through for me - been kind, quick, courteous, and I appreciate them after a long days work with no food and they are here to take care of me.

  I'm not criticizing the food or the location itself. Rather, specifically one of the employees that works there. I went in to get water for my dog. That's it. Just water. Now I'll preface this with saying that I would have paid for the water or the cup or whatever. However, the way this employee presented themselves and spoke to me after this was why I walked off and the sole reason I'm writing this review. I asked her for "a cup of water, with no ice, for my dog. Please and thank you" in which she rudely replied "we charge for that". So I asked her if I could bring my own cup in. Before I could finish the words she cut me off saying no. So I just stared at her and disbelief and walked off and said "you have a bathroom". A friend of mine went in after me and said her attitude and behavior were completely rude and uncalled for. I'm not saying fire the woman, but, she seriously needs to be made aware of the fact that if she continues treating people this way she STILL won't have friends. Other than her, the foods good. It's McDonald's. You knew what you were going for before you went. she said they charge for it, with attitude.

  It’s a manager here that’s very rude and inconsiderate. I’m very disappointed and will never be back at this restaurant again there’s no number to speak with someone over top of her to explain the situation that happened that I’m sure they would fire her for, but she refused to give me a number or her name stay away from this McDonald’s if you’re ready to have a bad experience in their drive-thru
