- ADAamanda DawnFeb 15, 20262.0work down in conover and frequently visit this Dunkin… Lately they have not been getting my drink correct at all… I had them remake my one coffee three times this morning and it’s still not right… The first time my coffee was completely white so I had them remake it and I tasted it and it was bitter so I had them remake it again and it’s white again… Entirely too sweet .. I don’t understand how you can get a specific amount of pumps wrong and my then coffee taste different every time.. Left with a coffee that is not going to be drank. Don’t think I will be back for a while. I will just stop in my hometown before coming to Conover.. Alsoooo my food is COLD. Hashbrowns feel like they been sitting in the refrigerator, croissant stuffer cheese is still hard and has not melted AT ALL real talk!!!

While I understand it was snowing but answering the drive thru with “what do you want we’re closing in 20 minutes?” and then following it up “probably not going to be open tomorrow so don’t come back.” Thanks for charging me for 3 donuts after offering them to me since you were closing and then leaving out the muffin I ordered.
