She was untruthful and refused to identify herself when asked. Furthermore, after waiting over 20 minutes for our curbside pickup order, which had been placed and paid for via your app, we were compelled to enter the restaurant twice to retrieve it. On the first occasion, the manager disregarded my wife and daughter, instructing them to call for the food to be brought out, despite our repeated and unsuccessful attempts to reach the restaurant by phone, as the line appeared to be continuously busy. She then suggested reordering or using the drive-through, neither of which was appropriate given that the order was already placed and confirmed.
