- SBSalt water bluesFeb 13, 20261.0I got to the drive up window and looked like no one had a clue what to do maybe cause it was after 9 pm on Friday night most of them were kids that obviously needed supervision, I spent 20 bucks and was very dissatisfied , I biggie sized my order was really looking forward to season fries and literally looks like I didn’t even get a small and looked like left overs pieces in bottom of fryer sandwich was so so but unacceptable for the fries kids need to be supervised. To add to the dissatisfaction the more of the chicken sandwich I ate the worse it turned to be but the biscuit and chicken tenders were ok but won’t be returning anytime soon or I’ll go to a different bojangles .Hate wasting money !

- DMDeondria McphersonFeb 2, 20263.0So we just let the drive-thru after being snowed in for days starving we approach and Miss Dina that was taking our order was very rude and very short with us as if she didn't want to be at work which is understandable but that is not our fault but KJ definitely made up for great customer service I asked for the supervisor she sat there and denied our feelings of what we felt about Miss Dina because of this response I will never come back to this location. But I will say the food was good
