    I was returning from a doctor's appointment in Atrium and this mall is very close-by. I stopped by to get lunch and even though the food court had a plethora of options, I decided to go to this subway because I know and love subway's sandwiches. This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life in a subway. The store is very clean but I wondered why it was virtually empty when I came in around lunch time. It was a hispanic lady who served me and she seemed to have an attitude up front. I only asked for extra mayonnaise and she was so unwilling to put more, she told me that it would spill out of the sandwich. Since when. I would never, ever return to this subway. Customer Service is extremely important to me and I would happily pay extra for it. Please hire people that are happy to work here.

    i ordered everything fine but when it came to add the extra stuff like tomato and mayo and wrap it up the lady didnt care how it got done and wrapped it horribly, the sandwich came out crunched and deformed to where i didn't have a pleasent eating experience, it isnt faster or hard work its just being lazy and not doing your job correctly

    If I could give ZERO stars I would! I ordered an order on the app, got a phone call from the subway saying they had none of my order!!! They told me to cancel the order in the app! There is no way to do that in the app, I tried calling and using the online chat system to get a refund with no way to get in touch with anyone or any contact back to receive a refund! I even went to the subway to see about getting a refund and the best advice or help the manager could give me was to call the bank and dispute the transaction! Very distasteful customer service and not happy at all with the way subway had handled this!

    Asked for tuna fish the girl said “we don’t have fish just tuna” I should have left right then . I said it’s called tuna fish. Then she gonna say “I don’t know all the big names” Huh?!?!!!! What ??? I saw the tuna fish asked was there any more. Wasn’t that much left and looked funny. Then some guy with green hair gonna say “what’s wrong with the tuna fish” I said how long it’s been there? He said since this morning. (It’s now almost 8pm) He then organizationsaid we can’t change it cause of one person. Ok so I don’t matter. I got it and I got think I got food poisoning. I can’t stop pooping and throwing up. I have to go to work but I can’t stay outta the restroom. This was the worst experience. Not to mention they weren’t friendly and just overall acted weird. I paid $12.00 to be sick…I want my money back!!! Never again run this place needs to be shut down. Tuna that been out all day! :::Update::::went back with receipt told Manager she was frowning her face from start soon as I said I was requesting a refund. She told me no that nobody elese complained about the tuna that been out all day. I forgot why I never visit this location. They are very rude and have no type of customer service. Look at you like you are invading their space and like your stupid. When they the stupid one cause who doesn’t know tuna comes from a damn fish!!

    This was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a Chicken & Bacon Ranch, but it had barely any chicken and absolutely no bacon. I also asked for seasoning, and they didn’t add any. The whole sub had so little inside that it felt like I was just eating bread. I called the store to let them know the sandwich was extremely light and missing ingredients, but the lady on the phone said she didn’t care and told me to do whatever I want.
