  Horrible ! Today we visited this Subway and the experience was truly very bad. From the beginning, the employee who assisted us had a very disrespectful attitude: she was muttering under her breath, ignoring us, and even hitting the glass where the toppings are, creating a very uncomfortable and hostile environment. On several occasions, she acted as if she couldn’t understand our English, which made the situation even more frustrating. As customers, we clearly felt discriminated against based on the way we were treated. There was another employee who tried to ease the situation, but overall the service remained unprofessional and poor. At no point did we respond or engage; we simply paid and left because it’s not worth dealing with people like that. This is a place that serves the public, so a basic level of respect and professionalism is expected, and it was completely lacking here. This experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on how we were treated.

  To the owner: your Gen Z servers today 4/4/26 at 2:50pm, are ruining your business. Not a hello, no nothing, just a stare in the eye until you start talking. Also not a reply to a hello. They had the worst ingredient pick, such poor sandwiches. One of them trying to distract one of us charging while the other one is preparing still the other sandwich. Found out we got charged $42 for two chicken footlongs and 6 cookies when we were already in the car. Maybe we paid for their friend hanging out in the lobby? Probably. Do your math and answer this review. No wonder why this store has 3 stars. Really deserves none.

  I started my day by going to the Harrisburg Subway on 29, which is what I NEVER do. Only opting to do so since i was at the post office anyway (worst mistake of my life. I won’t post the pictures here but if you want to see how bad they are Google HWY 29 subway in Harrisburg, this is a regular issue with them). I got my refund and went to our friends in concord parkway south! After a terrible start, I ended my afternoon coming to the location I love. The women and the tall guy who usually make my food turned my frustration around like they usually do and made the best food in the world. It was night and day better. Thank you to the owner and to the staff that make this location great. I know you guys are rebuilding your image from past employees, but I really love it here. Me and my family have made this our lunch spot on a regular basis.

  Is anyone even in charge?! When they can step away from the back door on break they are rude. Men’s restroom is one of the nastiest I’ve seen? And how about mopping the soda spills one in a while by the drink machine.
