  We moved from the Chicago area a year and a half ago, and had two or three very good Indian restaurants that we loved back there. When we moved to Charlotte I searched Yelp and bookmarked the three or four Indian restaurants that looked most promising. It’s taken us a while to make our way up to Red Chillez because it’s a little over 40 minutes drive from us, but we’re glad we finally did - it’s our favorite place that we’ve found here yet. We got the lamb vindaloo, lamb Rogan Josh, order of naan and rice, onion pakora, and samosas. The lamb was tender, and the flavor was great. The vindaloo was flavorful with a balanced heat, not just kick-your-teeth-in heat with no flavor. Service was friendly. The inside of the restaurant was casual, not a super fancy buildout, but clean and taken care of. We’ll definitely be back - worth the drive.

  This was our first time visiting, and we were very impressed. We ordered the chicken hakka noodles, lamb tika massala, butter naan, stuffed naan, and drinks. The food came out hot and fresh, the service was excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. We left completely satisfied and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

  The food was absolutely AMAZING! We got an amazing appetizer fried chicken in soy sauce and gravy so fresh tasting!! We then had butter chicken with cheese naan and garlic naan. We are ending our dinner with Chocolate lava cake!! The prices are so reasonable and you the food portions are shareable. I am so happy with our meal the service and prices! We will be back’

  Hubby and I dined in yesterday. We were greeted and seated promptly. Cartic was very patient and helpful as we explored the menu. He helped answer our questions as he was amused by the video that my husband watched — he wanted to order everything that he had seen on the Red Chillez social media post. It all looked so delicious! We enjoyed chicken tikka masala, Hakka noodles, garlic naan, samosas with 2 phenomenal dipping sauces. And who said that chocolate milk is just for kids?! It was the perfect complement to our meal. This was one of the best, most authentic experiences that we have had in a long time. This is definitely the place to dine for Indian cuisine. Food portions are a nice size to feed larger parties and share as you work your way through the menu. They also offering catering. We will be back again without question. All around 10/10 experience. My bowl is a little messy because I was already digging in before I stopped to capture the pic…your girl was ready😜🤭🍴
