I placed my order in the app when I arrived in the parking lot, and by the time I walked into the store, my order was already sitting on the pickup counter. Even more impressive, there were about three other orders ready to go as well. From what I could see, there were three managers working the line in the back and they had an excellent flow going. Everything looked organized and efficient. With all the hustle and bustle that comes with Saturday mall traffic, getting customers in and out quickly is very important to me. The team absolutely delivered. Great job, team! 👏
