    Management needs to do some changes and fire some people because the food is either cold or burnt everytime and they act like they can’t answer the phone.

    Okay, I am not a fan of McDonald's, ever, but once in a while you run into someone who's bright smile makes your day. Brittney, you took our order in the drive through window. It is 9pm at night and we are tired and hungry from our long travel day. Your beautiful smile and radiant personality made us all take pause to say, wow, that was a pleasant experience. Thank you, Brittany! Don't ever change that beautiful personality of yours.
