  This location has severely changed since first opening. The employees are highly incompetent && this location is always out of basic menu items. Whoever owns this place should do better for their patrons - I've visited much smaller establishments with much better ratings overall. This location is truly trash.

  Avoid this location due to poor service and disrespectful staff. The sales associate named Jordan was rude from the moment we arrived, making strange faces and seemingly charging me extra. He falsely accused one of my nephews of stealing a gift card without any proof, claiming he could see in the camera. Later, he went inside, bought the recording, found the gift card elsewhere, and proved my nephew wasn't involved. We felt extremely embarrassed and won't return. Be cautious if you have kids, as they might be accused of theft. I wish I could give zero stars—our visit was ruined.

  Stopped by the Krispy Kreme in Concord (across from Concord Mills Mall) around 6:20 PM on Monday, March 30, and had a very disappointing experience. The drive-through line was extremely long, so I went inside where there were only about four employees working and the line was moving slowly. While waiting, I saw three individuals walk in—one appeared to be an employee—who did not wash his hands, went behind the counter, put on gloves, and handed donuts to his friends without them waiting or paying, all while paying customers were still in line. This was not only unprofessional but also raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. The overall experience felt disorganized and unsanitary, and I will not be returning to this location.

  The experience was horrible. I placed an order online, while sitting in front of the store. It was supposed to be a 15 minute wait. After 15 minutes, my daughter went in to pick up our order. I sat and waited 20 minutes for her to return. When she didn’t, I went into the store. It turns out, they didn’t have any donut holes. My daughter was waiting for the manager to rectify the situation, but he never came out. Instead, he sent an employee out to tell us, that he was issuing a refund. He nor the employee gave us a reason for not having the product. Not to mention, while we were waiting, the person working the drive-thru put her ungloved fingers in the cups she was going to serve customers. Another employee was not wearing gloves, took a glazed donut off the conveyor belt, and ate it. It took almost 45 minutes to get the refund. This is unacceptable, and we will not return, until there are properly trained people working there. They were some of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with.

  This location is a disappointment. Doordashers shouldn't have to wait on a line to pick up a customer's order. Why should I and other door dashers have to wait on a line??? We aren't placing an order. We are picking up. This is ridiculous! Do better.
