Rude manager. A simple error on my part not realizing that the sandwich I chose was toasted. I asked for it to not be toasted, and was told rudely that I have to ask for that at the beginning of my order. Sometimes it’s not what you say but how you say it. I reminded the female manager this and was repeatedly told “it’s on the menu” rather than her apologies for coming over the microphone rude. It was a simple error that could have had a completely different outcome. She shouted as we drove out of the drive thru like an angry disgruntled woman. Sad that this is how the business represents itself.

Terrible experience. Tried to order at the drive through and was told the speaker didn’t work well so we had to yell. Asked if I could pull up and order at the window. Could hear the manager saying “no” in the background. We ordered the $8.99 meal deal advertised on this locations website. The person accepting our order acted like he understood that we were looking for the meal deal. When we paid, we got charged full price. When we brought this up. We were told “sorry our speaker doesn’t work”. I said well yeah I asked to order from the window. “Sorry sir that’s not allowed”. Disgrace to the Jimmy John’s franchise. I won’t return to this location until management is changed. Absolutely awful customer experience.

If I can give this place zero stars I would customer service here is terrible short blonde hair girl has a bad attitude and extremely rude and the manager is a bigger girl with brown hair is even worse they both need to be fired you should not treat people this way smh

!!BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! I ordered a sandwich. They offered a combo which i agreed to. They charged $4 for the combo vs the advertised $1. When i questioned the staff after reviewing my receipt i was advised i had to ask for the $1 combo even though there was a cardboard advertisement right next to the register which did not have any indicator that a request was required for the discount to apply. The have at least 3 visible signs for this deal. I can only assume that the staff was instructed not to give the deal unless specifically requested. I have reached out to corporate as well. This location should not be allowed to advertise a deal that they dont plan on giving their customers
