  Very clean fresh and delish food. Every ingredient is freshly made daily and most protein prepared almost to order on the spot. There was not a single ingredient that I did not like. 6 blended hummus to choose from and everyone was so yummy. So many sauces. Portions are generous Super healthy. Staff was friendly and polite. Carla was fantastic guiding us throughout giving recommendations. 5 stars all around. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!!

  I had a good experience at Hummus Republic. The food tasted fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. I really liked the customizable bowls with plenty of fresh toppings and delicious hummus options. The portions were satisfying, and the service was quick and friendly. A perfect spot if you’re looking for a light yet filling Mediterranean meal

  Tried Hummus Republic for the first time and I’m seriously impressed. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor—definitely worth the visit. Honestly, even the lemonade alone would’ve made it worth it (they had five different kinds!). The service was attentive and helpful, and everything was spotless. Can’t wait to go back!
