- CMConner Miller1 day ago5.0I’ve been shopping at the South Blvd Food Lion for a while now since I've moved from Nevada, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about one of the office person Carlos Ruiz. He is the definition of kindness; no matter how busy the store gets, he always treats every customer with genuine warmth and patience. Hearing that he’s transferring to the Poplar Tent location is heartbreaking me and my wife are truly going to miss his helpful spirit and friendly smile around here. You guys are getting an amazing soul.

Something is always being added to the shelves which for me means they're doing well. When I need help there's an employee willing to take care of me with a smile. This visit a sales associate took time to help with a gift card that I was having an issue & she contd until my items were paid for. That's customer service! I have my 2 favorite Food Lion stores I frequent & this is definitely one of them.

I don’t understand why this associate took a Dole juice can off the shelf, and stood on it instead of getting a step ladder. That is unsanitary, stating that people have to open it and pour into a glass, yet he’s standing on this.
