This is the first time I have ever left a remark, review, complaint or whatever you want call it. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I was so mad when I left the drive through the second time that I just threw my food away. Those people are starting at the bottom and will remain at the bottom if thats the kind of work they produce. I can promise I will never visit this location ever again. Unfortunately I have to leave atleast one star to post this review.

This is the best Wendy’s in Concord. Don’t let me down. I’ll be back.

Nuggets were barely warm and sandwiches were barely warm. I was told the fries were hot when I mentioned they were not hot to the person working in drive through. I was asked to pull forward and they will bring out hot fries. I'm just not understanding why the food wasn't hot to begin with, with it not being a busy time at this store? This isn't my first visit experiencing this here. This time I decided to rate my visit.
