  I just got home after going through the drive-through. First of all while I was sitting in line, this lady drove a big old truck in front of me and I noticed as the worker handed the food out the window. She held it really low so the lady had to reach down really far to grab it. Then when I pulled up, she tried to hand me the wrong drink. She gave me a weird look and barely put the drink out the window to where I could barely reach it and I don’t even drive a big old truck. She didn’t say or do anything rude but her demeanor was just rude. We didn’t get any napkins. I asked for no lettuce and they put lettuce on the taco. I wanted chicken on my gordita, but they put beef on the gordita . So overall a bad experience. A word out a picture, but I don’t see the option to do so

  Drive through person more interested in hitting on the women. No hot sauce, no napkins and tortillas were all torn. Made a mess in my car.

  We only go there for their chicken pot pie. They never go wrong on that.

  *Original review was removed after attempting to call and speak with someone at the restaurant who was to follow up with me. I appreciate your help, but as there was no follow up, wanted to share my review again* STOLEN CARD/FRAUDULENT CHARGES MADE AFTER MAKING PURCHASE! DO NOT GO HERE! February 6th 2026, I came to this location in the afternoon. Used my card to make my purchase. The worker at the window gave me my bag and one drink at first. I turned to place it in my passenger seat, and realized I didn't receive my second drink. Had to get their attention at the window to have them open the window and ask for my second drink which they had to make on the spot. Unbeknownst to me, I never received my card back. I don't know if this was meant to disorient me and was their way of making off with my card, but it seems it sure did work.**edit to add, I now have reason to believe that the hand off of my items was probably a part of this individual's plans as I was informed there is a "secure" process for if cards are left behind by customers, and after looking up my order in the system, the employee listed for my order was female, but the person I spoke to over the speaker and who took my card/handed me my food was a male** This evening, I needed my card for something else, but realized that I didn't have my card, went to check my account, and discovered two transactions were made after I went to this location that were NOT from me. This was a difference of a few hours as I made my first and only purchase today at Tacobell between 2-3pm, and then needed my card again around 6-7pm. As I never went anywhere else using my physical card today, and seeing as how purchases were made at physical locations/stores (Harris Teeter Fuel points and a Best Buy purchase), I can only deduce that my card had to have been used by somebody associated with this location. As gas and what I assume to be physical item(s) can't be returned at this point, whoever did this has more than likely gotten lucky. Yes, my card is now blocked and bank has been notified and I should receive my money back in a week's time, but the fact that someone is so bold to do this, with absolutely no thought or morals, is just crazy. I know times may be hard for people, but that doesn't mean you ROB someone. I am considering how far I can proceed with this and if I should because I have EMPATHY for others, but the simple fact is I was robbed today. I haven't decided yet if I will contact corporate or this location's higher management team, but I hope my review is seen and someone reaches out because I don't know if I can tolerate 200+ dollars taken from me like this. IF THEY'LL STEAL, THEY'LL KILL. This location will never see me again. I encourage everyone to be cautious and make sure you ask for your card back first. If you don't have thieving tendencies, let this be a reminder to not trust that others are operating on a system of morals and ethics and decency similar to you.

  Missed several items in order. Chicken nuggets are more like chicken bits! 1/4 sized. Less food! App has no way to contact. Building recently upgraded but employees sure wasn't!
