- TTTasting_with_TOct 16, 20251.0I've ordered steak subs at Subway for 20 years. After a long hiatus because of my last experience, I tried again thinking the BOGO1 was a good deal. I had to pick through my entire sandwich to find the small amount of steak as did my friend eating the Club. This sandwich had less toppings/meat than the ones I make at home. I normally eat half and save half, but after eating the entire sandwiches, we went and got Taco Bell where one taco had more steak than a foot long. I DID call in an attempt to get my sandwiches made correctly but the employee said he couldn't understand my English, and pretended to not speak English. I would have been satisfied just to have my sandwiches made correctly.

Charged me extra for extra meat & then they Didn’t even put extra meat on it. Literally there was like three piece of a spinach on one side. Lettuce was unnoticeable. Two teeny tiny tomatoes will not be going back. Then I went and ask for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me a refund because the manager was not there and he wouldn’t be there until a week later what kind of company is this that’s completely unacceptable. I’ve never went somewhere where they couldn’t give you a refund because the manager is not there. So now I have no sub and don’t have my money back.
