This was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a Chicken & Bacon Ranch, but it had barely any chicken and absolutely no bacon. I also asked for seasoning, and they didn’t add any. The whole sub had so little inside that it felt like I was just eating bread. I called the store to let them know the sandwich was extremely light and missing ingredients, but the lady on the phone said she didn’t care and told me to do whatever I want.

nobody in line ahead of me with two employees behind the counter, completely ignored. They were making sandwiches so I asked how much longer it would be, still ignored. My son had grabbed a drink cup, so out of frustration and I said let me just pay for the drink. Still completely ignored

I placed an order on the subway website on November 1st they order was never picked up nor delivered to my home my funds for the purchase was not returned to me. The store I order from was store 21303-0 . I contacted the store personally concerning a refund and no one has responded nor has door dash I have evidence that my order was cancelled and no money has been returned. I have submitted several request for a refund and nothing has been done it’s unacceptable customer service

Been coming here for years and have never had the stupidity i had today. Asked for extra olives and was told I can have 6 olives or they will have to charge extra..... 6 olives folks. Woman wasn't wearing a name tag but it was an older Hispanic woman. Won't ever come to this location again. Makes sense that it was empty at lunch time now.
