    This place can never get anything right. It doesn’t matter if you pick it up, or have it delivered. These people need to start being held accountable for their screw ups. It’s always the same thing here. Something is either missing or it’s the wrong size because they’d rather be goofing off and on their phones instead of reading the orders and making sure their jobs are done correctly.

    I ordered footling coney. It was delivered without chilli and cheese. The fries were just small pieces, not full fries.

    this is one of the worst sonics AROUND. they never fail to absolutely destroy my meal no matter HOW i order it. get some better employees, get a better manager, i don’t even know. YALL GOTTA DO SOMETHIN 🤣
