  This was our first time to this establishment and man was it great! The food was so flavorful and everything came out hot. We got the chicken biriyani and the butter chicken. The owner stopped by to say hello and it was an overall very friendly experience. Will definitely be back for more!

  We had a fantastic dinner at Red Chillez tonight! The butter chicken and biryani chicken were both packed with flavor, and the garlic naan was the perfect addition to the meal. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, making the whole experience even better. It was a delicious meal, and we will definitely be back!

  Food is decent and I was a fan when this place first opened because it was so close by but can’t get over one bad experience, especially since I was already repeat Customer I was there to pick up food recently and I was quoted 35 minutes for the order when I called I showed up about 45 to 50 minutes after the call and they said it still needed a few minutes 20 minutes later with two screaming kids in my car the food still wasn’t ready when it did come out about five minutes after that I politely asked for some sort of service recovery a discount or something of that nature and I was declined. They gave me this $10 off my next order instead a gesture, but not one that would make me want to come back. I was looking for recovery from the comfort that was taken away from me due to their faulty estimations I will not return here and I’ve been actively directing people towards the Ronnie pot Desi District, and all other amazing Indian restaurants in here that have far better Customer Service.

  We went to this restaurant on this Valentine’s Day and had miserable experience, would never recommend anyone this restaurant. They took the order for drinks and food and served drinks in 15 minutes. Even after 1hr 20 minutes they did not serve food.when asked again and again they said it will take 20 more minutes, even that seems to be uncertain. We were so hungry by then that we decided to leave, cancelling the food order. Never had this type of miserable experience in our lives before. They spoiled our Valentine’s Day.

  Absolutely awful. Maybe in the restaurant it would have been fine, but take out was awful. I never leave reviews but I’m viewing this one as a service to humanity. This place was terrible. Masala fries were literally plain French fries with chopped tomatoes and onion. Lamb tikka masala had literally 5 one inch pieces of meat (and we’re pretty sure wasn’t lamb). The tandoori chicken was so small they should rename it tandoori parakeet. On top of that, it wasn’t even true tandoori. The take out containers are about 3/4 cup and a side of 1/2 cup of rice. Perfect if you’re trying to lose weight. Horrible for a night where you just want to treat your family to take out.
