To truly understand how awesome the service was you first have to know that our party of 12, had 8 kids aging from 5 months to 10 years old. And I understand that Outback Steakhouse is not the first place you think of when we want dinner and have so many kids, but we had a giftcard that we wanted to use. Now that you understand that situation, we were sat quickly and at a table that was big enough and comfortable enough for everyone. Our server had our drinks out quickly, and brought bread right after so kids had something to start eating while we waited for food and when it arrived the food was great. He maintained our drinks and made sure our (even the kids) needs were met quickly everytime. When it came time to pay that's when ran into a small hiccup, there was something wrong with the gift card we were given and it couldn't scan. Instead of saying "Hey, this giftcard doesn't work" the manager came out and helped use figure out a 2nd way for us to use it. I've been a server in the past and I have to admit, if you gave a weird giftcard that didn't work, I probably wouldn't have involved a manager until you complained or couldn't pay. So I truly appreciate both the server and the manager for helping us sort it out. Great service all the way around.

Outback is Outback, it doesn't come with a high level of expectation. Mediocre food is the norm and this particular location delivers the typical Outback experience. Steaks are very low quality, even their "premium" filet options. Service at this location is actually quite good which is a pleasant surprise for Outback which has been plagued by horrible, complacent management over the past few years. I'd visit this location again if there was no other better choice in the immediate area.

I visited Outback Steakhouse approximately three days ago and ordered the Delmonico steak with loaded mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. After checking my order, I realized it was incorrect. Because I was running late for work, I immediately returned the food to the to-go counter. The to-go associate informed me that the manager, Madison, would note my name for a replacement meal. I chose not to receive a refund because I am a frequent customer and did not have time to wait for the food to be remade at that moment. On December 22, 2025, I called the restaurant to redeem my replacement meal. I informed the to-go associate on the phone that I had previously spoken with Madison and that this was a replacement order. I was told to wait 30 minutes. When I arrived and parked in the to-go area, a young associate came to my car, asked for my name, and I again explained that this was a replacement meal approved by Madison. Over the course of nearly an hour, the associate was sent back to my car multiple times by management to ask repeated questions. Eventually, she stated that a manager would come speak with me. Due to the cold weather and repeated back-and-forth, I decided to go inside to speak with the manager directly. Once inside, I spoke with a blonde manager and again explained the entire situation. She asked for a receipt, and I explained that the incident occurred several days prior and that I had already returned the incorrect food. After continuing to question me, she stated that she was Madison. I expressed my frustration and explained that it was unacceptable for me to be made to wait almost an hour, repeatedly questioned, and only then informed that she was the same manager who had approved the replacement. I requested to speak with the General Manager or another manager. Madison refused to contact the General Manager and stated that he would “say the same thing.” Instead, she brought out another manager, an African American woman whose name I believe began with a “T.” I reiterated the entire situation to her. She visibly reacted in disbelief, agreed that the situation had been handled unprofessionally, and acknowledged that this was not appropriate customer service. At that point, I explained that the issue was no longer about the food, but about the unacceptable treatment, and I requested the customer service or corporate contact information to report the incident. The second manager asked how she could make things right and offered to contact the General Manager on my behalf. She and Madison walked away for several minutes. When the second manager returned alone, she apologized and provided me with instructions on how to contact corporate. While she was speaking to me, an officer from the Concord Police Department entered and informed me that I needed to leave the premises. I was in complete disbelief. I had not cursed, threatened anyone, or behaved aggressively. I had simply requested to speak with another manager. It was later clear that Madison had called the police. I asked the second manager, in front of the officer, whether I had done or said anything inappropriate. She stated clearly that I had not. As I was walking to my car in tears, another Outback employee stopped me to ask if I was okay. That employee told me she overheard Madison falsely tell the police that I was attempting to fight her, which was completely untrue. This false statement placed me in serious danger and could have ended very badly. I am deeply disturbed that a Caucasian manager called the police on a Black customer who did absolutely nothing wrong and then lied about the situation. This demonstrates a complete inability to de-escalate a situation and shows extremely poor judgment. This behavior is unacceptable for anyone in a management position. I am requesting immediate action regarding this matter. I will never return to this Outback Steakhouse location, and I believe this incident warrants serious disciplinary review, up to and including termination.

Two friends and I were just out having a nice lunch. We hadn't seen each other in a long time. Our waiter was terrible.. I don't remember her name maybe Jasmine but she had braids down below her behind and yes she was working the bar but I had to get her attention to place our order. And the glass of water I had had a brown spot inside so I asked for another glass she brought my glass of water with her hands over the top of the glass instead of in the middle of glass!!!! No I won't be going back there and I left a small tip for her poor service!! Very disappointed!!
