    We went in for dinner last night and set at the bar. Our server was really friendly and attentive. I ordered the chopped blue cheese salad. I did order it without carrots and it came with carrots. The server was apologetic and offered to correct it, but I opted to just keep it and it was really good. I would order again. I also ordered a side of asparagus and it too was good. I ordered a cookie "skillet" for dessert, as it was a new menu item. It was just ok. Its not an actual skillet, it is served in a plastic dish. (This dessert is nothing like the one from Afton, if you know, you know:-) The one at Afton is on a cast iron skillet, its crispy on the edges and not done in the center.) This one is not like that. I wouldn't order again. However, Outback is always solid and we will be back.

    When I tell you I will never return to this location I mean just that !!!!!! Very unprofessional I sure didn’t leave NOT one tip at all the waiter was so so smart until she was dumb literally had us have loads of mess on the table she didn’t ask if she could remove anything so we could eat comfortably no nothing 🤬🤬🤬I will NOT be back here at all !!!!! Horrible horrible service if I could give a 0 for everything I would

    We arrived at the restaurant and received a text at 7:58 PM that our table was ready. After being seated, Leanne came to take drink orders for our party of six. Twenty-five minutes passed without our drinks arriving, and we had to ask another staff member for assistance. During this time, a large group that arrived later was being actively assisted by the manager. When Leanne returned to the table, she stated that she was responsible for half of the restaurant. I asked if it would be possible for another server to assist us, as we were watching other tables receive service before us. Leanne became upset, stormed off, and said, “If you want a manager, I’ll go get a manager.” As of 8:58PM, we still have not received assistance from anyone. The manager Madison was informed and continued to help the large party of gentleman who came in after us. 9:10 pm Madison has still not come by but Hailey came to take our order and she was very pleasant and helpful. Jason was also very helpful & sweet.

Once we informed him of what was going on, he apologized and went to get some assistance. At 8:51 Hailey who was very kind with good customer service came over and apologized, in which she took our order back at 8:57pm. Note: The table was able to order appetizers on the table hand held device, however that wasn’t our actual food order. This was the worse service because again, there were multiple tables being assisted who came after us in which you can check your cameras for verification.
