    As good as any Outback we've been to! Waiter was attentive and our order was cooked just right. Steak was delicious!Baked potato and salad were good too.

    Outback will ALWAYS get 5 stars from me. The staff is always so kind, engaging and helpful. We ordered for my mom’s birthday and order was hot, the service was quick and we received our order with no problem. Also if you haven’t had the cheddar on the Outback burger…GET IT! It’s SO good.

    Our party of five plus an infant stopped here after a long day at the Renaissance Faire and got on the waitlist around 6:30pm. We were seated a little after 7 and ordered right away. Unfortunately, that’s where things went downhill. We waited…and waited. Our appetizers came out and were eaten, but no entrées ever appeared. By 8:30, our waitress checked in and admitted she wasn’t sure what had happened. It became clear the food had never been put into the system — something confirmed later when the receipt showed the order time as after 8:30. The infant in our group was getting fussy, especially since they hadn’t brought out her simple mac and cheese with the appetizers. The baby’s mom politely complained, and it was obvious there was some behind-the-scenes scrambling. The manager did comp our meals, which we appreciated, but after an even longer wait our food was finally bagged up — all stuffed into one bag despite us having three separate checks. We left at 9:30pm, three hours after arriving. Oddly enough, the separate to-go order I placed for my mom came out promptly, but I still didn’t have my own meal until the very end. I want to be clear: the staff was incredibly sweet, and they genuinely tried to make things right once the mistake was caught. But the experience was still rough, especially with an infant in tow. For fellow Faire-goers, just be aware that the wait can be long and this might not be the best stop if you have little ones under two.

    Customer service outweighs a bad order experience. My family was on vacation and decided to order take out after a long day at the waterpark. After picking up our food, we noticed half of the order was missing once we got back to the hotel. I called the restaurant and spoke with Madison and she was quick to help me and my family by remaking the order. She went above and beyond to include a dessert and made sure the order was right and saved our night. What could of been a bad experience turned out to be the best we had because of the help of Madison. Thank you for saving the night!

    From the time we were seated it took 20mins for us to get our server to our table. We were ignored the entire time had to asked another server for our drinks. My husband had to get up from his table to grab his drink he ordered. In front of the manager I had to asked for bread and not once did the manager came over to asked if we were ok. That’s an indication that our table is not being serviced. Our server Sarah.need to go back in training is poor service is not acceptable. We over heard another table having the same problem, bad service. Our food was cold had to bag it and take it home. Poor service overall On top of the bad service we were over charge for drink lucky I caught that! Will not be going back!
