No matter how good the food is a bad server will destroy a fine resturante

The Mozzarella Cheese stick were bland and overall nothing besides the Bloomin’ Onion was consumable. On top of all this our server never came back to check on us during our meal. All she did was take our order and serve our food never once checking to see if we had any questions or concerned. After this experience I doubt me nor my family will be returning.

She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made it even better! We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Crystal again!

Next this waiter did not come to the table and check on us instead he insisted on talking with employees my gf waived at SABASTIAN to bring us some sauce for our food twice he looked at her and turned his head as he proceeded to talk with employees he’s manger Ashely had to come to our table and get the sauce we requested I came back for my wallet since I left it on the table due to family emergency and SABASTIAN threw the wallet on the counter and stated he threw it because of no tip.this waiter was rude and nasty
