Or better yet, go to Burger King or Wendy's. Update: I went to the website per the faceless Mcdonalds staff member that replied with the link below. It took three attempts to submit the online form with the complaint. Every time I clicked the submit button, the timer circle just kept spinning saying Submitting. Finally on the third attempt it went thru. Lets see if it actually makes a difference in how they treat their customers or if this is just an attempt to look like they are being responsive without actually making changes.

No one acknowledge me or told me sorry for the long wait and then when I got my food it was wrong. I sat there for another 10 minutes and still didn’t get help. Finally I just drove off and ate my dry chicken sandwich with no ketchup. Don’t ever go here if you have a decision on Saturday For lunch
