- ADAshley Z Doyle4 days ago2.0No changing table in bathrooms even though it has a play place. Food super slow. Waited quite a while to place order then ended up using kiosk. Still took a while. Also needed another fork. Finally had to loudly ask for one since no one ever came over to check in with me standing at the counter for a while.

- TCTania ClmenteMar 22, 20261.0This location has consistently poor service, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. My order was incorrect (which seems to happen often here), and instead of fixing it respectfully, one employee actually laughed as if the situation was funny. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating when mistakes happen, but what makes it worse is the attitude. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, not ignored or mocked. I would not recommend this location unless serious changes are made in how customers are treated and how orders are handled
