Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They love to screw up an order and then tell you there’s nothing they can do about it.

Expensive. They used to be affordable. Its already bad food. I dont understand. Why make it expensive too.. I pray one day mcdonalds crumbles. Deplorable excuse for fast food these days.

They got my order wrong twice and still forgot the sauce. The manager at this location is always unhelpful, dirty looking and just unprofessional. Leadership here is seriously lacking. I know it's just McDonald’s but do better

Service horrible slow both times ordering. Surprisingly fries were hot. Old sauce for Mcrib almost black ,bottom bread hard. Latte was ready approx 5min after meal was given

I recently visited this location and had a terrible experience with the manager, Lily G. When I tried to get help correcting my order, she immediately accused me of lying, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, and refused to assist. She then said “you people,” which felt directed at me as a Black customer. Her comment was offensive and completely inappropriate.
I’ve been to this specific McDonald’s many times and have never had this sort of issue before. Instead of her listening or helping, she dismissed me and said I was being “too loud,” even though I was simply trying to explain the mistake.
No customer should ever be treated this way, especially by a manager. I hope McDonald’s takes serious action, including considering whether someone who behaves this way should continue in a leadership position. Her disrespect, offensive language, and accusations should not be ignored.
