The place was extremely dirty. The donut case was almost totally empty. The staff was as unfriendly as could be. I order a dozen which was about $17. I handed the boy working a $20. He said that he couldn't break that and asked if I had anything smaller. Thinking he mistaken my 20 for a larger bill I informed him that it was a 20. Anything smaller would still work out to the same $3 in change. He then asked me why i dont just pay with card. I told him that I wanted to pay in cash. He then informed me that if I couldn't pay for my order then I would have to leave because he had other customers. So I scanned my card and paid. My son went to get napkins and they were out. (Shocking I know) I asked another worker if they had napkins. He said "I don't know" and walked away. I have been going to Krispy Kremes for over 40 years and this is the worst visits I have had.
